  • Support: Access to coach via text support with maximum 12 hr response time.

  • Resources: Recipes, informational handouts, and a running document to support your journey.

  • Flexible Scheduling: Schedule sessions at your convenience through my website.

  • Accountability: Weekly check-ins to monitor progress and provide additional support.

  • Extended Support: Access to coach for up to 1 full year after the program end date.
