I experienced this while on hormonal birth control three years ago. I was really struggling on it - experiencing depression, anxiety, and some month-long period bleeds. Despite dealing with all of these side effects, I struggled to see an alternative. I was afraid of getting pregnant and my period symptoms returning, and I just wanted a guide to help me navigate this.
I took a risk in coming off of hormonal birth control with very little knowledge about my body - how to track ovulation & how to support my menstrual symptoms. Yes, while this course is not a replacement for medical care, the lifestyle and nutrition tools I teach are supportive for women with PCOS, endo, PMDD, and any other cycle challenges. Many women I teach come off birth control with fear their symptoms of a past condition will return, finding their lifestyle fixes actually addressed them.
If you are planning to come off soon either to cycle naturally or to conceive, this is the course for you. If you have no plans of getting off birth control anytime soon, this course will be helpful information to practice and save for that time when you are ready to transition off.

After that, the course is fully self-paced, but you will have access to my exclusive community to ask myself and other women any questions and get answers. You always have the option to book a coaching call with me for an upgraded cost.
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all protocol or supplement stack. It’s a gentle, foundational approach that helps you understand why your hormones are acting up and gives you tools to support them through food, rest, nervous system care, and simple daily choices. It's backed in women's research and focused on using your body as your guide.
The information in each module is taught through a voiceover presentation video, with the option to read the script and slides yourself instead. There are handouts and homework assignments for each module, and a quiz to remind you of main points before you move forward (no pressure to pass, it's just for fun!).
It can be skimmed through in 1-2 days, but it is recommended to apply each module for 1-2 weeks before moving on to the next. Depending on your preferred depth, that will take anywhere from 7-14 weeks to complete for real transformation and results.
