hey there,
The one who can’t help but bring up periods during every conversation because it simply relates to every part of our existence…
My goal here (and in life in general.. It is my personality now) is to empower women by educating them about their bodies. We didn’t grow up learning that we’re only actually fertile 6 days of the month. Or that PMS doesn’t have to be such a road block if we shift our lifestyles. Or that our periods are a vital sign signaling when something is amiss. Or that being ‘hormonal’ doesn’t have to suck!
when I got married (and became sexually active) I had little knowledge about my own body’s fertility and the power of my menstrual cycle. I got right on hormonal birth control (as one just does) and as the horror stories go, it altered my life dramatically! Depression, anxiety, loss of a sense of self, and bleeding for months. What I now know is that I was on a very high dose of hormones and maybe could have found success with a lower-dose version if I was up for experimenting- But because I wasn’t aware all birth controls are not made equal, I began learning more about fertility awareness-based methods. After 9 months of he*k I felt confident to take that route. This led me down the best rabbit hole I have yet to fall into- women’s hormonal health! It has ultimately changed the way I view my body, the world around me, what health really means, and my relationship with myself.
I had been self-educating and trial-and-erroring for years, but finally decided to take a Women’s Hormone Health Certification course enabling me to coach other women through hormonal imbalances and a holistic approach to them. Whether it’s teenagehood, conditions like PCOS, endometriosis or irregular cycles, perimenopause, infertility, or a variety of other imbalances women face - addressing root causes with holistic lifestyle changes is the goal, and I’m deeply committed to helping others become more in-tune with their authentic selves. Because being your authentic female self is only really possible when you’re deeply connected to your body and your cycle.
A crucial part of my teachings revolve around ensuring women are prioritizing fun in their lives. You can thank the University of Utah's Recreational Therapy program for teaching me all that fun stuff, along with other vital health education.
I took a lengthy 6-month course by Nicole Jardim, receiving a certification to coach other women about hormonal health.
This course was created to make education accessible and affortable to anyone who needs it. Learn everything I teach as a coach in a self-paced style.
